A ROAD TRIP THROUGH THE HEART OF EUROPE, JUST BEFORE THE EUROPEAN ELECTIONS.

PROBLEM

ARTE, the cultural broadcaster, faces the challenge of connecting diverse European voices and perspectives ahead of the European elections. With 27 different member states and countless individual stories, there’s a need to create meaningful dialogue and understanding across borders during this crucial political moment.

SOLUTION

The answer comes in the form of “Nice to Meet You,” a mobile exhibition created in partnership with KesselsKramer agency. A truck carrying 27 larger-than-life portraits of Europeans will embark on a 30-day journey across the continent, visiting cities from Strasbourg to Warsaw, Vilnius to Venice. Each portrait represents a different European individual, creating a visual tapestry of the continent’s diversity.

CREATIVE

The project transforms into a dynamic, multimedia experience through its dedicated team of journalists, videographers, and photographers who document every step of the journey. They interact with locals at each stop, gathering reactions and perspectives that are shared in real-time on ARTE’s platform. These interactions create a living dialogue about European identity and unity, turning what could have been a static exhibition into an evolving conversation about what it means to be European in the 21st century.
