How can WOMEN Inc. raise more awareness for the gender wage gap leading up to Equal Pay Day (the 5th of November, the day that women work symbolically for free until the end of the year) and make the problem understandable for a broader audience?
Solution
Make it simple and tangible by telling the full story in a popular tone of voice that is far from formal.
Creative
As an extension of the existing campaign ‘Where is my € 300.000,-?’, we made a snappy and catchy phone-in quiz inspired video in collaboration with the Dutch Youtube star Nienke Plas. Targets that were set for three months were reached within one week after launching the video.
